MG Ranks Highest in India Customer Service for a Second Consecutive Year, J.D. Power 2022 India Customer Service Index (CSI) StudySM, released today. After a hiatus since 2021, J.D. Power has relaunched the India Customer Service Index (CSI) Study in collaboration with NielsenIQ.
Study Ranking MG India ranks highest with a score 860. Honda (852), Hyundai (852) and Toyota (852) each rank second, in a tie. The study measures new-vehicle owners' satisfaction with the after-sales process by examining dealership performance in five factors (listed in order of importance): service initiation (26%); service advisor (20%); vehicle pick-up (20%); service quality (19%); and service facility (15%). The study only examines aftersale satisfaction in the mass market segment. The 2022 India Customer Service Index (CSI) Study is based on responses from 5,586 new-vehicle owners who purchased their vehicle from July 2019 through September 2021. From July through September 2022, NielsenIQ conducted face-to-face surveys in 25 major cities in India, asking 125 questions of vehicle owners about their experience with their most recent service done at their brand's authorized workshop. After conducting the surveys, the responses were cleaned for data quality and calculated. Brands included in the study are ranked according to aggregate score. J.D. Commemorating Iron Deficiency Day 2022 (IDD), P&G Health in association with FOGSI (The Federation of Obstetric and Gynecological Societies of India) stepped up on efforts to raise awareness about Iron Deficiency Anemia (IDA) with the "Na Na Anemia Bus Yatra". Flagged off from Rishikesh by Milind Thatte, Managing Director, Procter & Gamble Health Limited and Dr Hrishikesh Pai, President, FOGSI, the "Na Na Anemia Bus Yatra" will travel to 20 cities across the 5 states of Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal over 40 days, culminating in Kolkata on 4th January 2023. The National Family Health Survey (NFHS-5) data revealed that 1 in every 2 women in India is anemic and the prevalence is around 57% in non-pregnant women & 52% in pregnant women. One in three women suffer from Iron Deficiency symptoms including tiredness, dizziness, paleness and hair fall[2]. But these symptoms are often ignored, making early identification of these symptoms and seeking timely diagnosis the need of the hour.
