India has made its annual payment of $30.54 million to the United Nations (UN) budget for the year 2023, a spokesperson of the UN has said.This payment puts India among the 43 countries on the "honour roll" for paying their assessments to the budget so far. The UN received India's contribution on Friday, according to the spokesperson.
The UK government on Monday said that the UK defence sector was deployed in India's premier air show, Aero India 2023 at Bengaluru with keen interest in collaborating with India in research, training and development. 
Air India will acquire 250 aircraft, including 40 wide-body planes, from Airbus, Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran announced on Tuesday. The Tata Group-owned airline will buy 40 wide-body A350 planes and 210 narrow-body aircraft.
Air India, which announced its decision to acquire 250 aircraft from Airbus earlier in the day, will also purchase 220 aircrafts from Boeing, AFP reported.
Air India's 470 aircrafts deal: Airbus will deliver the first A350 plane to Air India by the end of 2023, Airbus India head Remi Maillard informed on Tuesday, hours after the airlines announced the deal. Remi Maillard further said that Air India ordering 40 A350 aircraft also marks Airbus' 'emphatic return' to the wide-body market in India. Air India on Tuesday announced to acquire 250 and 220 aircrafts from Airbus and Boeing respectively. Deals to acquire 470 planes from both the companies is estimated to be worth USD 80 billion, sources said.

ITR Form 2022-23:  The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has issued Income Tax return forms for individuals, Hindu Undivided Families, businesses, and others for the fiscal year 2022-23.  The notification, which includes ITR forms 1-6, ITR-V, and ITR acknowledgment forms, was issued earlier than last year. Last year it was issued in the first week of April.
