Neal Mohan, an Indian-American, will take over as CEO of YouTube replacing current CEO Susan Wojcicki who announced her resignation after 25 years at the Google-owned company. Mohan, the company's current chief product officer, joined Google, YouTube's parent company, in 2008. He graduated from Stanford and previously worked for Microsoft. Mohan and Wojcicki have been colleagues for nearly 15 years.

Adani row: Leading stock exchange National Stock Exchange (NSE) has tweaked the constituents of its major indices with Adani Group's two companies- Adani Wilmar and Adani Power- all set to make their way into some of the Nifty indices from March 31, 2023.
Amazon has announced that its corporate employees will be required to spend at least three days per week in the office, marking a change from its previous policy. CEO Andy Jassy sent out a memo on Friday, stating that the decision was made by the company's senior executives, known as the S-team, after determining that it would benefit the company's culture and workers' ability to learn from and collaborate with each other. The change will take effect on May 1, with some exceptions for roles like customer support that have the option to work remotely.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Saturday said that the government will clear the entire due on the pending balance of the GST compensation of Rs 16,982 crores today itself. The Finance Minister added that the due amount will be cleared from the government's pocket as the compensation fund doesn't have a sufficient amount.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released draft guidelines for minimum capital requirements for market risk, as it aims to align banking regulations with Basel III standards. The central bank has invited feedback on the proposed norms until April 15, with the final guidelines expected to become effective from April 1, 2024.
