Leading integrated and logistics solution provider Lancer Container Lines has declared bonus share issuance in the ratio of 2:1, i.e., 2 bonus shares for every 1 share. The bonus shares will be given to shareholders who will hold the firm's shares as of the record date decided. The board has also set the record date and informed the shareholders via exchanges. The record date has been set for September 23 (Saturday) in order to determine the number of shareholders entitled to bonus equity shares, according to a regulatory filing.
Architectural hardware manufacturer Hardwyn India, a small-cap stock, has delivered multibagger returns to its investors. According to information available on the BSE, its shares have had a solid run since the bonus issuance of equity shares in September 2022. Retail inflation for the month of July rose to a 15-month high of 7.44 per cent amid a spike in prices of vegetables and other food items, official data stated on Monday.
The domestic air passenger traffic volume surged 25 per cent year-on-year to 1.21 crore passengers in July, according to the latest data shared by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The data from the DGCA showed that domestic carriers flew 97.05 lakh passengers in July 2022.
