CNG price hike: The price of compressed natural gas (CNG) in Delhi-NCR has risen by Rs 1 per kg from today (November 23). The Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has officially announced the price hike in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. Consequently, commuters will now incur higher costs for CNG usage. 
New Delhi: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Thursday said there was a need to build awareness among people on cyber frauds and take the reins of technology in our hands to stop scamsters from gaming the system.
In a day marked by heightened volatility and the absence of immediate market triggers, the equity benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty, concluded almost unchanged on Thursday. The 30-share BSE Sensex showed a marginal decline of 5.43 points, or 0.01%, settling at 66,017.81. Throughout the trading day, it oscillated between a high of 66,235.24 and a low of 65,980.50. Similarly, the Nifty exhibited a modest dip of 9.85 points, or 0.05%, settling at 19,802.

New Delhi: Maruti Suzuki India on Friday said its board has approved the allotment of over 1.23 crore shares to its parent Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC) on a preferential basis for the acquisition of a 100 per cent stake in Suzuki Motor Gujarat. The company's board has approved the allotment of 1,23,22,514 shares to SMC having face value of Rs 5 each at a price of Rs 10,420.85 per share, the auto major said in a regulatory filing.
India's forex reserves rose by USD 5.077 billion to USD 595.397 billion during the week, the Reserve Bank said on Friday. In the previous reporting week, the kitty declined USD 462 million to USD 590.321 billion.   For the week ended November 17, the foreign currency assets, a major component of the reserves, increased from USD 4.387 billion to USD 526.391 billion, according to the Weekly Statistical Supplement released by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
A statutory regulator like SEBI cannot be asked to take as "gospel truth" something published in media, the Supreme Court observed on Friday while hearing arguments on the pleas concerning the Adani-Hindenburg row.
The registrations for over 32,000 flats under the Development Authority's Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023 started on Friday (November 24) and the scheme will close on March 31, 2024. The flats are up on sale on a first-come-first-serve basis and are primarily located in Dwarka, Narela and Lokanayakpuram. There are over 1,100 units in the luxury slot. The scheme also includes residential units in categories such as high-income group, low-income group, middle-income group and economically weaker section.

New Delhi: Maruti Suzuki India on Friday said its board has approved the allotment of over 1.23 crore shares to its parent Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC) on a preferential basis for the acquisition of a 100 per cent stake in Suzuki Motor Gujarat. The company's board has approved the allotment of 1,23,22,514 shares to SMC having face value of Rs 5 each at a price of Rs 10,420.85 per share, the auto major said in a regulatory filing.
India's forex reserves rose by USD 5.077 billion to USD 595.397 billion during the week, the Reserve Bank said on Friday. In the previous reporting week, the kitty declined USD 462 million to USD 590.321 billion.   For the week ended November 17, the foreign currency assets, a major component of the reserves, increased from USD 4.387 billion to USD 526.391 billion, according to the Weekly Statistical Supplement released by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Applications worth Rs 2.6 lakh crore have been received for a total issue of Rs 7,380 crore. Among the five IPOs, shares of Tata Technologies showed the most interest from investors.
