IndiGo placed an order for 500 Airbus A320 Family aircraft, the airline company said.
Adani Transmission has received the nod of shareholders to raise Rs 8,500 crore through the issuance of equity shares on a qualified institutional placement basis. According to the company's BSE filing, 98.64 per cent of shareholders voted in favour of the resolution and allowed it to raise the funds.
HMA Agro Industries IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of HMA Agro Industries will open for subscription on Tuesday (June 20). The three-day subscription window will conclude on June 23.
Tata Power has planned to double its capital expenditure to Rs 12,000 crore in the current fiscal, with a focus on renewables, distribution, transmission and solar equipment manufacturing capacity. "To meet the growth targets, your company (Tata Power) plans to invest about Rs 12,000 crore, which is double the capex spent in FY23," Tata Power Chairman Natarajan Chandrasekaran said while addressing the 104th annual general meeting on Monday.
